I wasn't playing Lacrosse, I was learning how to rock climb and camp
without leaving a trace.
GRAB was Gettysburg's Outdoor program that trained facilitators to
get more people outdoors. This was GRAB's first Wilderness Institute
(above). |

| This
August was my first trip as an Alumni Facilitator for GRAB. A current
facilitator, Caleb, a professor at the college, John, and I took 5
incoming first year students to Pharaoh Lake in the Adirondacks. GRAB
has been running these "ASCENT" trips for 6 years now. |
